Water is the elixir of life. We consistently strive to return more than 100% of the water used in our finished products back to nature and communities.
In 2025, through initiatives like Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) and rejuvenation of community ponds and water bodies, we replenished over two million cubic meters of water.
Over the past 10 years, we have deployed water-saving technologies and recycled treated wastewater to improve our WUR by over 30%, reaching 1.35 in 2024.
We are holistically implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) to manage plastic waste and ensure 100% compliance.
Through partnerships, we have ensured plastic waste recycling of over 35,000 tonnes in 2024.
We are also transitioning towards Recycled PET (rPET) and setting up infrastructure to manufacture recycled resins.
We aim to reduce emissions by adopting renewable energy sources such as solar and greener fuel alternatives.
We continue to improve energy efficiency across operations through modern technologies and sustainable practices.
We promote sustainable living by installing cloth bag vending machines in Ahmedabad and distributing reusable bags in residential societies. To further support the Say No to Plastic initiative, jute bags have also been distributed among employees, encouraging a shift away from single-use plastics.
Kandhari Global has commissioned a state-of-the-art r-PET recycling facility in Kathua (J&K) with an installed capacity of 60,000 tons per annum. Powered by advanced recoSTAR PET recycling technology from Starlinger, a global leader in plastics recycling, the facility converts post-consumer PET bottle flakes into high-purity, food-grade r-PET pellets. This supports The Coca-Cola Company’s “World Without Waste” initiative by promoting a circular economy, reducing carbon footprints, minimizing plastic waste, and keeping valuable resources in a continuous, safe loop.

Kandhari Global Beverages’ greenfield facility in Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, houses a state-of-the-art rPET resin manufacturing unit with a production capacity of 192 tons per day, positioning it among the largest rPET facilities in the country. The plant strengthens circular packaging and sustainable manufacturing through advanced recycling technology, in-house preform manufacturing, and renewable energy integration.
